James G. Massie - Chairman
Mr. Massie is Chairman of Air Georgian Limited and the President, Co-founder and Co-owner of its parent company, Georgian International, where Mr. Massie provides leadership and vision to the company's automotive, aircraft and real estate businesses. A true entrepreneur and business visionary, Mr. Massie is also a believer in the importance of community and philanthropy. Mr. Massie's vast list of awards and acknowledgements include: Barrie Businessman of the Year, Canada's Top 40 Under 40, the O.P.P Public Citation Award, Queen's Golden Jubilee award for citizenship, induction into the Barrie Sports Hall of Fame and a prestigious fellowship award at Georgian College.

Daniel J. Revell - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Revell is Chief Executive Officer of Georgian Aircraft Corp. and its subsidiary, Air Georgian Limited. Mr. Revell is also the Chief Financial Officer of Air Georgian's parent company, Georgian International, and leads the team responsible for the company's financial reporting as well as participating in the planning and development of the automotive, aviation and real estate businesses. Mr. Revell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island and is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Georgian International, he spent 11 years in public accounting including five years with Ernst & Young.

Eric Edmondson – President
Mr. Edmondson joined Air Georgian in November 1994 and as President directs the Company's day to day operations. Mr. Edmondson has over 20 years experience in commercial aviation and is endorsed as a pilot for various types of aircraft operated by the company. His extensive experience entails work with Transport Canada, the FAA and affiliated government agencies.

D. Scott Monsen – Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Monsen joined Air Georgian in September 1997 and is responsible for all aspects of Air Georgian's day-to-day financial accounting and reporting. As a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Monsen's previous experience includes six years in public accounting.

Dan Bockner – Vice President, Flight Operations
Mr. Bockner joined Air Georgian in 2000 and oversees all aspects of Air Georgian's flight operations including crew training, scheduling and aircraft dispatch. Mr. Bockner previously served as an active line pilot and is rated as a pilot for Air Georgian's Beech 1900D aircraft.

Brad Warren – Vice President of Maintenance
Mr. Warren joined Air Georgian in December 2007 and manages all aspects of aircraft maintenance. Prior to joining Air Georgian, Mr. Warren was Air Canada's Toronto Maintenance Base Manager.

Ian Wilson – Manager, Business Development
Mr. Wilson joined Air Georgian in 2000 and oversees all areas of business development for aircraft charters, shuttle programs, bulk hour sales, aircraft maintenance and training programs. Mr. Wilson has over 15 years of sales and business development experience and is an airline transport rated pilot.
